By accessing this website and utilizing our educational consultancy services, you (the "Student," "User," or "Guardian") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Future Mithila, headquartered in Darbhanga, Bihar.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services and exit this platform. Continued use signifies your absolute and unconditional acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
2. Scope of Consultancy Services
Future Mithila provides "Career Architecture" and admission guidance services. Our role is strictly limited to acting as a bridge between students and higher education institutions.
2.1 Institutional Relationships (MOUs)
We work with various universities and colleges under formal Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). These partnerships allow us to suggest institutional profiles to students. However, Future Mithila does not own, manage, or control these universities.
2.2 The Guidance Process
Our service includes university selection, eligibility auditing, documentation support, and admission processing. While we strive for a 99% success rate, the remaining 1% represents factors outside our control, such as sudden institutional seat closures or government policy changes.
3. Admission Disclaimer & Guarantee Policy
Future Mithila is committed to your success, but it is vital to understand the limitations of our authority.
Crucial Notice: The final authority to grant or deny admission rests solely and exclusively with the respective Educational Institution. Future Mithila does not have the power to override a University’s decision.
- Seat Availability: Admission is always subject to the availability of seats at the time of final processing.
- Eligibility Verification: It is the student's responsibility to provide 100% authentic marksheets and certificates. If an admission is canceled due to fraudulent documents, Future Mithila bears zero responsibility.
- 99% Success: Our success rate is based on historical data. The 1% missed cases are usually due to vacant seat depletion or the student failing to meet a University's interview requirements.
4. Financial Terms & Refund Policy
Future Mithila maintains a transparent fee structure to ensure affordable consultancy for the Mithila region.
4.1 Consultation Fees
Initial counseling may be provided free of charge at our discretion. However, for detailed career mapping and admission processing, an affordable service fee is charged.
4.2 No-Refund Policy
Once Future Mithila has initiated the admission process, communication with universities, or documentation auditing on your behalf, any service fees or processing amounts paid to us are non-refundable.
4.3 University Fees
Students pay tuition and hostel fees directly to the University. Future Mithila is not responsible for refunding any amount paid by the student directly to an institution.
5. Bihar Student Credit Card & Scholarships
We actively assist students from Bihar in availing themselves of state-sponsored schemes.
- Facilitation Only: Future Mithila acts as a facilitator for the Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC). We provide necessary bonafide certificates and fee structures.
- No Approval Guarantee: The approval of a student loan or credit card rests entirely with the DRCC and the Government of Bihar.
- Student Responsibility: The student must maintain the required academic performance to continue receiving scholarship or loan disbursements.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All assets on the Future Mithila website, including text content, brand name, logo, and AI-generated imagery, are the exclusive property of Future Mithila.
- Copying or republishing our "Our Story" or blogs is strictly prohibited.
- Reselling career roadmap designs is forbidden.
- AI-generated images cannot be used for commercial gain without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Future Mithila is NOT responsible for:
- Changes in university fees or curriculum after admission.
- Quality of food or accommodation in university hostels.
- Placement guarantees provided by individual colleges.
- Unexpected closure of an institution due to legal or financial circumstances.
8. Code of Conduct & Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services to any student who engages in abusive behavior, provides forged documents, or fails to meet deadlines. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
In the event of any legal disagreement, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution through mediation in Darbhanga. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Darbhanga, Bihar.
